Is it possible to request a email change?

Hey all. I recently started playing a very old account again, and I want to change the password to something more secure, but I don't remember the password for the email on it, and I certainly don't remember the information needed to change the password on it.

So I was wondering if it's possible to email the gm's and have them manually change the email on the account?
